Shopping Estate Sales
Introducing SaleRadar: Where Estate Sales Are Found
By SaleRadar ·
Estate sales are scattered across listing sites, social posts, and company pages. SaleRadar puts nearby sales on one map so you can plan the stops worth the drive, and gives liquidators a cleaner way to publish listings and see what shoppers notice.

Estate sales are one of the last great treasure hunts left in American weekends. The problem is finding the ones worth the drive.
Listings live on one site. Photos live on another. Hours get posted in a Facebook comment. A company page is two weeks out of date. By the time you stitch it together, Saturday morning is already gone.
SaleRadar is built to end that scramble.
SaleRadar is a web and iPhone app for discovering estate sales nearby and deciding which ones deserve your time. Shoppers get a map, categories, dates, photos, and a short list they can actually follow. Professional liquidators get one workspace to publish a sale, keep the details current, and see whether shoppers are paying attention.
The idea is simple: find the sales worth your weekend.
Built around the way people actually shop
A good estate sale day has a rhythm. You scan what is nearby. You look at photos and hours. You pick two or three stops that fit the drive. You keep those sales close so you are not rebuilding the plan from memory in the parking lot.
SaleRadar follows that rhythm.
On the web at saleradar.app, you can search by city or ZIP, use your location, or open the full map. Filter by today, this weekend, or this week. Narrow by what you are hunting for: antiques, jewelry, tools, furniture, vintage, kitchenware, and more. Open a sale page and compare photos, schedule, visit notes, categories, and the company running it before you put a single mile on the car.
You do not need an account to browse. Public listings, photos, and directions are open. Sign in with Apple or Google only when you want the personal tools: saved sales, a going list, liquidator follows, and reminders.
Radar, on your phone
The shopper-focused iOS app is live on the App Store.
Open Radar and nearby sales show up at a glance, ranked by distance, timing, and relevance. Switch between list and map when the route matters. Save the stops that look promising. Mark the ones you plan to attend. Follow companies you trust. Get directions when you are ready to go. Set optional on-device reminders before a saved sale opens or ends.
The app is free to download. Browse without an account, or sign in when you want your weekend plan to travel with you.
Download the app at saleradar.app/ios-app.
For estate sale companies
If you run sales for a living, discovery is only half the job. Shoppers decide whether to drive based on photos, hours, categories, and whether the listing looks current. After they visit once, you want them to come back.
SaleRadar gives liquidators a single workspace to:
- Publish a clear listing with schedule, address, categories, photos, and visit notes
- Show up in local map, date, and category search without making shoppers fight through clutter
- See how a listing is performing with views, clicks, going activity, and follows
- Build a public company presence that turns a first-time shopper into a follower
- Generate promotion copy and graphics when you need to share a sale beyond the map
New liquidator accounts start with a 14-day Premium trial. No card required. After that you can stay on the free plan or upgrade.
The free plan includes map and search visibility, two active listings at a time, and up to 50 photos per sale. Premium is $49 a month or $490 a year, with more listings, up to 500 photos per sale, fuller analytics, and a larger monthly allotment of listing drafts and promotion kits. Billing runs through Stripe and can be canceled anytime.

Early Bird and the door
Some sales need a tighter morning than a line on the lawn.
Shoppers who sign in can use Early Bird tools to reserve a pass when a liquidator offers that option. At the door, companies open SaleRadar Toolkit in a browser on a phone, tablet, or laptop. No extra app to install. Scan a QR pass, look up a shopper by name, email, or pass code, and check in the party. Listings and billing stay in the liquidator dashboard.
It is built for the part of the morning that usually lives on a clipboard.
Need a company to run the sale?
Not every family wants to run the sale themselves. SaleRadar also has a Hire a Liquidator directory so you can search companies by city, ZIP, or the kind of help you need: in-person sales, downsizing, staging and pricing, cleanouts, and related work.
If you run an estate sale company, that directory is another reason to put your profile and service areas in one place shoppers already use to plan the weekend.
What you can hunt for
Sales on SaleRadar can be filtered by the categories people actually drive for:
- Antiques and Collectibles

- Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories
- Electronics
- Furniture

- Kitchenware and Appliances
- Musical Instruments

Start with what you are hoping to find, then jump to the map with that filter already applied.
An independent product, built in Georgia
SaleRadar is developed by Quicksilver Industries LTD, an independent software company in Alpharetta, Georgia. It is not a reskin of an old listing board. It is a shopper map and a liquidator workspace designed to work together.
The site is live. The iPhone app is live. Shoppers can browse for free. Liquidators can publish for free and upgrade when the sale calendar grows.
If you spend your weekends chasing estate sales, open the map and see what is nearby.
If you run the sales those weekends are built around, put your next listing where shoppers are already planning the drive.
