What is an Early Bird Pass?
An Early Bird Pass reserves your place in a limited early-entry group for a participating estate sale. It helps liquidators manage the first rush at the door and gives shoppers a clearer arrival plan.
It reserves entry
Your pass holds a spot in the early-entry group for the selected time window and party size.
Liquidator rules apply
Follow the liquidator's arrival instructions, line rules, pickup rules, and any instructions posted on the sale page.
Items are not guaranteed
A pass improves entry planning, but it does not hold or guarantee any item, price, or purchase opportunity.
How it works
- 1. Choose an available window. Participating sales may offer one or more Early Bird windows, usually before public opening.
- 2. Pick your party size. Capacity is limited by total people, not just number of reservations.
- 3. Keep your pass handy. SaleRadar emails your pass after you reserve. In the iOS app, open Saved, then Passes, to view active Early Bird Passes.
- 4. Arrive as instructed. Bring your confirmation and follow the liquidator's posted instructions for where and when to line up.
- 5. Cancel if plans change. If you cannot attend, cancel your pass so another shopper can use the spot.
For estate sale professionals
Early Bird Passes help control the first wave of entry without turning your sale into private appointments. Liquidators can enable limited windows from their listing editor.
Choose sale days
Early Bird windows are tied to your sale schedule. Select only the days where early entry should be available.
Capacity means people
A capacity of 20 means 20 shoppers total can reserve for that window. Checked-in shoppers still count against that capacity.
Max party is a limit
Max party controls how many people one shopper can reserve for. A default of 2 works well for couples or helpers.
