Choose the right SaleRadar tools and learn when you need an account.
Do I need an account, and does it cost anything?
Browsing and shopper accounts are free. You can search sales, view photos and company profiles, and get directions without signing in. Sign in to save sales, follow liquidators, mark that you are going, or reserve an Early Bird Pass. Liquidators have Free and paid plans; see Plans and billing.
Which SaleRadar product should I use?
- Website: browse sales, manage a shopper account, find liquidators, or manage your liquidator business.
- SaleRadar iOS app: browse and plan as a shopper on iPhone, including saved sales, passes, and optional local reminders. Learn about the iOS app.
- Browser Toolkit: liquidators use Toolkit for Early Bird rosters and admission. No app installation is needed.
SaleRadar connects shoppers with estate sales and the liquidators who run them.
For Shoppers
Find and visit sales, manage saved activity and passes, or contact a liquidator.
Find and visit sales
How do I find sales near me on the website?
- Open Browse Sales.
- Search for a city, ZIP code, or address and select the matching location. You can also use your current location if you allow browser location access.
- Choose dates, categories, and a radius to narrow the results.
- Open a matching sale using its title or View details. Show on map locates the sale without opening its details.
If the search finishes with no matches, broaden a filter or try another area. If it says sales could not load, use the retry action instead; a loading error does not establish that there are no sales.
How do I change or reset my map search area?
When you intentionally drag or zoom the map, results update for the area you are viewing rather than staying limited to the earlier location radius. Your date and category choices remain in place. To search around a specific place again, enter its city, ZIP, or address and choose a radius.
Choose a smaller radius around your selected location. If a Back to … mi action appears after you widen an empty search, use it to restore the previous radius. For map-area searches, zoom into the area you want and keep only the dates or categories that interest you.
It clears the search filters without moving the web map back to a default city. To change the area itself, search for a location, use current location, or move the map.
The map says it could not load sales. What should I do?
Check your connection, then use the displayed retry action. A loading error does not mean there are no sales nearby; you do not need to clear your filters first. If it continues, contact support with the public page URL, approximate time, device/browser, and the error text.
The search loaded, but there are no matching sales. What now?
Try a wider date range, fewer categories, a larger radius, or another nearby area. Available sales depend on what liquidators have published for those dates. You can narrow the search again when you find results.
Do I have to allow location access?
No. You can search for a city, ZIP, or address without sharing your device's location.
- Website: if current location is blocked, review SaleRadar's location permission in your browser's site settings and your device's location settings. On desktop Chrome or Firefox, start with the site/permissions control beside the address bar. Browser menus vary by device.
- SaleRadar iOS app: if permission was denied, open Browse > Location or Radar > Change and tap Open Location Settings. If the device restricts location access, manual search remains available; changing a permission may not remove that restriction.
What should I check before visiting a sale?
Open the sale page and review the dates, daily opening hours, address, arrival instructions, parking, accepted payments, pickup/loading notes, and any posted discounts or entry rules. Photos show the listing's inventory, not a guarantee that each item will still be available when you arrive. Check the page again before travelling.
How do directions, sharing, and calendar links work?
Use the sale page's directions action to open navigation, or copy the displayed address. On the website, directions open Google Maps; the iOS app offers Apple Maps. Use the sharing or calendar actions on the sale page to share its public link or add the sale to your calendar. Recheck the listing for changes rather than relying only on an earlier calendar entry.
Why can I still open a sale that has ended?
An ended sale's detail page may remain available even though the event is over. Check the dates and status before making a trip. Photos may be removed under the photo-retention policy.
Is a sale's address public?
When a listing is published, its address is shown on the public sale page. Do not assume that a street address is hidden until sale day or until someone reserves a pass. An ended sale page can also retain its address. Liquidators should check the address and information in photos before publishing.
Saved sales, Going, and alerts
How do I save a sale and find it later?
Sign in and select the sale's Save action. On the website, open Account and choose Saved sales. In the iOS app, open Saved > Saved. Use the saved control again when you want to remove a sale, and wait for confirmation.
What does I'm Going mean?
It records a sale you plan to attend and contributes to its Going activity. On the website, find these sales in Account > Going; in iOS, use Saved > Going. You can turn it off if your plans change. Going does not reserve admission or hold merchandise. An Early Bird reservation is a separate action.
How do I follow a liquidator?
Open the liquidator's profile and choose Follow Liquidator. On the website, return through the Followed Liquidators section of Account. In the current iOS app, followed liquidators are under Saved > Sellers.
My Save action says Awaiting confirmation. Is it saved?
The change is not yet confirmed. Keep the page open while the request settles; do not keep clicking. If your connection was interrupted, reconnect and check Account > Saved sales to see whether the sale is there. If an error appears, also check that list before trying again. If the status remains unclear, stop repeating the action and contact support with the public sale URL and message shown.
Will my saved activity be available on another device?
Saved sales, Going choices, follows, and passes are associated with your account. Use the same original sign-in method and account on each device. iOS reminder notifications are local to each device and need notification permission there.
Who can see my saved activity or reservation details?
Your saved-sale list is private to your account. In the liquidator dashboard's activity feed, Going and follow events are labeled A shopper, rather than displaying your name. Liquidators also see activity counts for their business.
Early Bird reservations are different: the liquidator receives admission details, including your name and email when available, party size, reservation status, and Pass Code. Do not post your pass QR or code publicly. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I manage alert preferences?
- Sign in and open Account > Alert settings.
- Choose the email types and filters you want. For nearby-sale emails, select a matching location suggestion rather than leaving only typed text.
- Select Save alerts and look for Alert preferences updated. If an error appears, the change is not confirmed; follow the message before leaving the page.
These email preferences are separate from Account > Reminders in the iOS app. If expected emails are missing, check your account email, saved preferences, and spam folder, then contact support with the email type you expected. Do not create another account to try to fix delivery.
Early Bird passes
What does an Early Bird Pass reserve?
It reserves space for your party in a limited early-entry group at a participating sale, for the selected day and window. Follow the liquidator's arrival and line instructions. It does not reserve merchandise, guarantee a price, or guarantee first pick. Not every sale offers Early Bird entry. Read the Early Bird guide.
How do I reserve a pass?
- Sign in, open the sale, and find Early Bird Pass.
- Choose an available entry window and your party size, then select Reserve pass on the website.
- Wait for confirmation and check the sale, day, window, and party size on your pass. You can reopen it from your passes.
A full or closed window cannot accept a reservation. The available space counts people, so choose a window with room for your whole party.
Where do I find my pass?
- Website: open Account > Early Bird passes, or reopen the sale and choose View printable pass.
- iOS: open Saved > Passes, or reopen the sale and use View pass or View Existing Early Bird Pass.
Use the account that made the reservation. Having an email copy is not required to reopen an available pass in your account.
How do I email or print a pass?
On the website, open the printable pass and choose Email me or Print pass. In iOS, open the pass and choose Email me this pass, or use Email me on the sale. Check the result message; a reservation can succeed even when an email copy was not sent. Reopen your pass rather than making another reservation just to get an email.
What do I show at the door?
Show the pass QR code for your selected sale and day. If your phone may be unavailable, use Print pass on the website beforehand. The liquidator can also look up the reservation using the Pass Code, name, or email when available. Keep the code private. Check-in applies to the reserved party as a whole, not one guest at a time; follow the liquidator's instructions if your group arrives separately.
Can I change the window or party size?
An active reservation cannot be edited. If cancellation is available, you can cancel and try to reserve a different window or party size. Cancelling releases your existing space, and a replacement is not guaranteed. Review the available windows first; do not cancel just to test another option.
How do I cancel a pass?
- Sign in with the account that made the reservation and open the sale or your passes.
- Choose Cancel pass for a Reserved reservation. In iOS, you can also open the pass and choose Cancel Reservation.
- Wait for confirmation and check that the status is Cancelled.
A cancelled pass no longer admits your party, and its space is released. Cancellation is not offered after check-in. If the result is unclear, reopen the sale or your passes and inspect the status before trying again. If it remains Reserved and cancellation keeps failing, contact support with the public sale URL and error—not the QR or Pass Code.
What do pass statuses mean?
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Reserved | An active reservation; use its selected sale, day, window, and party details. |
| Checked in | The party has been admitted; this is not an unused pass. |
| Cancelled | The reservation is no longer valid for entry. |
| No-show | The liquidator marked the reservation as not used. |
| Company closed | The liquidator closed its SaleRadar company. Any retained pass record is history, not a usable entry credential. |
I cannot reserve, find, or cancel a pass. What should I do?
- Cannot reserve: check the selected day and window. A full or closed window cannot accept a new reservation.
- Cannot find a pass: sign in with the account that reserved it, then check your passes and the sale page. A sale may stop accepting new reservations while an existing pass remains available.
- Cannot cancel: check the reservation status. Cancellation is not offered after check-in.
- Result unclear: inspect your passes before repeating the action.
For the normal steps, see Reserve a pass, Find my pass, or Cancel a pass. If you remain stuck, contact support with the public sale URL, attempted action, approximate time, and error—not the pass QR or Pass Code. At the sale, ask the liquidator to check its roster; support does not provide an immediate admission override.
Hire a liquidator
How do I find an estate sale company rather than a sale?
Use Hire a Liquidator. Search by company or service and use the estate's city or ZIP to narrow the area. Open profiles to compare service areas, service strengths, business information, and listed sales.
How do I contact a company?
Open its profile and use the phone or website link it has supplied. Contact the company directly about estimates, availability, services, and its agreement with you. SaleRadar support handles platform problems; it cannot promise a company's availability or quote on its behalf.
What if no company matches my search?
Remove a company/service term, widen the area, or search a nearby city. A profile's listed service areas help you assess fit, but confirm coverage directly with the company. For incorrect directory information, send support the public company-profile URL.
SaleRadar iOS App
Use these steps for the shopper app. Where website behavior differs, the answer says so.
How are Browse and Radar different?
Browse is the full sale-discovery view: search, dates, filters, location/radius, and map. Radar ranks matches for a chosen area and mode, including Best, Open, Today, and Weekend. Inventory depends on the selected area and dates.
How do I change the area or search the iOS map?
In Browse, open Location and search for a city, ZIP, or address. In Radar, tap Change to choose another area. On Browse Map, move or zoom the map, then tap Search This Area. Reset Map Area returns to the previous location filter. This differs from the website's automatic map-area search.
Location permission denied? See location settings and manual alternatives.
How do I turn on saved-sale reminders?
Open Account > Reminders, turn on Saved sale reminders, and allow notifications when asked. Reminders are scheduled on that device before saved sales open or end. They are not nearby-sale, followed-liquidator, or product-update push notifications.
Why am I not receiving iOS reminders?
Review the reminder notice in Account. If iOS has blocked notifications, use Open Settings and allow notifications for SaleRadar. Check each device separately. Saving a sale does not override the device's notification settings.
Can I manage my liquidator business in the Shopper app?
Use the main website dashboard for listings, company settings, and billing, and browser Toolkit for sale-day admission. The Shopper app's primary purpose is finding and planning visits to sales.
How do I block or unblock a liquidator in iOS?
Open the liquidator profile and choose Block this liquidator, then confirm. You can also choose Also block this liquidator while reporting a sale. Blocking hides its sales and prevents new Save, Going, Follow, and Early Bird actions for that company; existing passes remain available for email or cancellation. To reverse it, use Account > Blocked Liquidators > Unblock, then refresh discovery after success.
What if an iOS report or block action fails?
For a report, use Retry Same Report in the existing report sheet rather than creating repeated new reports. For an uncertain block/unblock, inspect Account > Blocked Liquidators first. An error does not always prove that nothing changed.
For Liquidators
Set up your company, create and manage listings, and use your promotion tools.
How do I start a liquidator account?
- Open liquidator sign-up and choose your sign-in method.
- Follow company setup: complete the basics, then review your logo, service areas, strengths, and plan. The page identifies anything required before continuing.
- When you reach Your workspace is ready., use Continue if shown, or choose Go to dashboard or List your first sale. You can return later to create a listing.
New liquidator accounts start with a 14-day Premium trial; paid service is a separate choice. Keep using the same account to manage the company.
Where do I edit my company profile and service areas?
Open Company settings. Keep your company name, public phone, website, description, logo, service areas, and service strengths accurate. Choose areas you actually serve; select matching locations from the suggestions. Select Save changes and look for Changes saved. Then open your company profile through Hire a Liquidator to check what visitors see. Service areas describe your business coverage and do not replace the address on each sale listing.
How do I create and save a draft?
- Open Create listing.
- Enter a title, description, verified address, at least one category, and a valid schedule. Drafts still require these basics.
- Choose Save as Draft or Save draft, as shown in the editor, and wait for confirmation.
- Open Listings and confirm the draft is present. Reopen it when you want to continue editing.
A saved draft is not a published sale. If saving reports a field error, correct that field; if the result is uncertain, check Listings before creating anything again.
Before publishing, add representative photos and useful arrival, parking, payment, pickup, and loading instructions. The address becomes public when the listing is published, so check it carefully.
The page says Draft saved on this device. Is that the same as Save draft?
No. The new-listing form can keep recovery information in that browser. This is not confirmation that a listing was saved to your SaleRadar account, and it is not published. Use Save draft, wait for the result, and confirm the listing appears in Listings before relying on it from another device. Keep your original photos; browser recovery is not a backup service.
Why did saving stop at a date, address, or category error?
Read the message beside the save controls. If offered, use its field link to go to the problem. Complete the missing information and try again. For an address, select the correct suggestion rather than leaving only typed text. Do not assume a rejected save preserved the latest changes in your account.
What if saving is slow or its result is unclear?
Wait while Saving is shown. If the form is waiting for photos, let uploads finish. If it says Save not confirmed, preserve your current text and check Listings or reopen the existing listing before repeating the save. Avoid creating a second listing to work around an uncertain result. Contact support if you cannot establish which version was saved.
How do I publish or edit a sale?
- Publish: open the completed listing in its editor, choose Publish or Publish listing, and check the result and status in Listings.
- Edit: open Listings > Edit for the sale, change the details, save, and confirm the changes on the sale page.
If a save or status change is uncertain, inspect the existing listing before repeating it or creating another one.
How do I cancel or reuse a sale?
- Cancel: open the sale's editor, choose Cancel listing, and follow the confirmation shown. Check the listing status afterward rather than assuming the click completed the change.
- Reuse: a cancelled listing can return to draft; review its dates and details before publishing again. An expired listing cannot be republished. Create a new listing for a new event; Saved setups can help reuse recurring details.
If a save or status change is uncertain, inspect the existing listing before repeating it or creating another one.
How should I enter a multi-day sale?
Add each sale day with its own date and opening/closing times. Check the full schedule and any daily discounts before publishing. Early Bird windows must correspond to the sale days you selected; a pass for one day is not a general pass for every day.
How should I choose sale categories?
Choose the categories in the listing editor that accurately describe what is for sale. Use the description and keywords for specific items, styles, or eras that are not represented by a category. Review your selections before publishing so shoppers searching a category are not directed to a misleading result.
How do I enable Early Bird reservations for my sale?
- Add the sale's dates and times in the listing editor.
- In Early Bird Passes, select Enable.
- Enter Arrival instructions and select the Early Bird sale days.
- For each selected day, review Starts, Ends, Capacity, and Max party. Capacity counts people, not reservations.
- Save the listing. Once published, open its sale page and check that the intended Early Bird days and windows appear before directing shoppers to reserve.
New Early Bird setup requires Premium or trial access. A listing with Early Bird already enabled can retain management of its existing setup after that access ends; this does not enable new setups on other listings. Use Toolkit for admission, not the listing editor.
What do dashboard statistics mean?
Open Dashboard to see recorded sale views, direction clicks, Going, and follows. These are interest signals—not confirmed purchases, individual guests through the door, or revenue. Early Bird check-in is tracked separately in Toolkit. For the features included in your account, open Plans & billing.
What does Listing Assistant do?
From Create listing, choose Use Listing Assistant. To work on an existing listing, open its editor and choose Improve with Listing Assistant.
It generates suggested listing copy from the information you supply. Review and correct suggestions before using them; you are responsible for accurate sale details. Assistant output is not proof that a listing has been saved or published.
Free accounts include 5 successful suggestion drafts per calendar month; Premium and trial accounts include 100. Failed attempts do not count. This allowance is for Assistant generations, not the number of ordinary listings you may save as drafts.
What are Saved setups?
Open Saved setups in your workspace. Choose New to create one, or Use setup on an existing setup to start a listing. You can also choose a Saved setup on Create listing.
Saved setups let you reuse recurring listing details such as categories, sale policies, entry flow, payment methods, visit notes, and schedule patterns. Review the actual sale address and dates each time. A setup is not itself a published sale.
What is a promotion kit, and what counts against my allowance?
Open Listings and choose Promote on a published sale. Review the options and select Create promotion — uses 1 when ready.
A kit creates editable copy for Facebook, Instagram, X, email, and a Quick post. Free accounts include 2 kits per month; Premium and trial accounts include 30. Editing, copying, saving, or downloading branded graphics does not consume another kit. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Review the sale details before sharing promotional material.
SaleRadar Toolkit
Open your Early Bird roster and check in shoppers from your browser. No app installation is needed.
Open ToolkitHow do I open and sign in to browser Toolkit?
Open SaleRadar Toolkit. Use the Google or Apple method originally linked to your authorized liquidator account. You do not need a separate Toolkit account. If your only company sign-in method is an email link, or access is denied, contact support before sale day rather than creating another account.
How do I choose the correct sale?
Find the sale under Today and open its roster. Check its title, address, and intended reservation day before admitting anyone. If the sale is missing, check that you used the intended liquidator account and review the sale's dates in Listings. Do not choose a different sale just to continue.
Other sale groups can be viewed, but viewing a roster is not the same as being allowed to check in parties.
How do I check in a shopper?
- Under Today, open the correct sale and check its title, address, and reservation day.
- Select Scan Pass, allow camera access, and scan the shopper's Early Bird QR.
- Read the result. A successful check-in changes the party's status to Checked in and admits the entire reserved party.
Without a working camera or QR, search the roster by name, email, or Pass Code, verify the correct Reserved party, and choose Check In. If a scan shows another sale, an already-used pass, or an inactive reservation, check the sale and day with the shopper; do not substitute another reservation. If the result is unclear, refresh and inspect that party's status before repeating the action.
What if a scan is invalid, for another sale, or already used?
- Different sale: compare the pass with your selected sale and day. Open the matching sale only if that is the sale you are admitting.
- Already checked in: inspect the same party in the roster. This is not a new admission; do not use a different reservation.
- Cancelled or no-show: the reservation is not an active Reserved pass. Follow its current status rather than bypassing the warning.
- Unreadable or invalid: ask the shopper to reopen their pass. If necessary, search the roster by name, email, or Pass Code and verify the same party before using any available admission action.
What if check-in or Mark No-Show gives an uncertain result?
Do not immediately repeat it. Refresh the roster, find the same party, and read its current status. If it now shows the intended change, do not submit it again. If the status is wrong or still unclear, stop and contact support; do not assume an undo is available. Mark No-Show changes the reservation's status—confirm it only when that is the action you intend.
Can Toolkit work without a reliable connection?
Toolkit needs a reliable connection for current admission information. An old roster may not reflect a cancellation or a check-in made elsewhere. Restore the connection and refresh before relying on a party's status. Do not assume an action completed just because you tapped it while disconnected. Check sign-in and camera access before sale day.
Where do I edit listings or manage billing?
Use the main liquidator dashboard, Company settings, or Plans & billing. Toolkit is the roster and admission workspace, not a replacement for those tools.
Accounts and Sign-In
Get help with the account you already use, recovery, or account closure.
Cookie preferences and privacy requestsWhich sign-in method should I use?
Use the Google or Apple method originally linked to your SaleRadar account. Liquidators can also use the secure email-link option on the website. Shopper iOS and Toolkit do not offer that email-link flow. Matching email addresses alone do not guarantee that two sign-in methods open the same account.
Why does my account show an unfamiliar Apple email address?
Apple may supply a private relay address when you use Hide My Email. That does not by itself mean someone else owns the account. Continue using the original Apple sign-in. If you think you have two accounts, contact support before deleting or replacing either one.
I cannot access my Google or Apple account. Can SaleRadar reset it?
Use that provider's account-recovery process. SaleRadar cannot reset your Google or Apple password. If you also need help identifying your SaleRadar account or company access, open Contact support, choose shopping or managing estate sales as appropriate, and select the sign-in/account topic. Never send passwords, one-time codes, provider tokens, or sign-in links.
I accidentally created two accounts. What should I do?
Do not delete either account or start another subscription. Choose Sign-in, email, or duplicate account in the support form. Include both account email addresses if known and say whether you can access both. Support will verify ownership before considering changes; accounts are not merged automatically.
Why am I redirected away from the liquidator dashboard?
The dashboard requires liquidator access. Check that you used the original company account rather than another shopper account. If you expected company access, contact support with the account email and company name rather than creating another company or deleting an account.
My email sign-in link does not work. What should I try?
For liquidators: use the website sign-in flow and request a fresh link for the intended email address. Check spam and use the new message. Do not forward the link: anyone with access to it may be able to sign in. If the flow still fails, contact support with the error text, not the link itself.
How do I delete a shopper account on the website?
Open Account deletion while signed in and read the effects shown for your account.
- Google-linked shopper account: complete the confirmation and fresh Google verification shown on that page.
- Apple-linked shopper accounts are directed to the iPhone app: open Account > Delete Account there.
If the page does not offer deletion for your account or you cannot access the required route, use the privacy request page. A support message alone does not confirm that deletion completed; follow the deletion status instructions.
How do I delete my shopper account in iOS?
Open Account > Delete Account, review the effects, and complete fresh verification with the linked Apple or Google account. Once the request is accepted, the app signs out and keeps a private deletion-status receipt on that device. Use Check Status for progress; do not sign in and submit another request while deletion is pending.
How do I close a liquidator company and delete its account?
Use the account-deletion link in Company settings, or open Account deletion. Read Close company and delete account and the effects shown for your account before confirming. This closes the company, not just Premium access, and affects its listings, reservations, and access. If you only want to stop subscription renewal, use Plans & billing instead. Ownership transfer is a separate support matter; do not delete the company to transfer it.
What happens to billing when I delete the company?
Company closure stops subscription renewal at the current period end; it does not automatically refund subscriptions or completed Featured Boost purchases. Read the account-specific disclosure before proceeding. Questions about charges are handled separately by support.
What if deletion is pending or the result is unclear?
Keep the private status receipt or recovery code provided and follow the status instructions shown. In iOS, use Check Status. Do not submit another deletion request or discard a pending receipt to start again. Removing a local receipt after completion does not reverse deletion. Never send receipt secrets, recovery codes, or private status links through ordinary support channels.
Photos and logos
Upload sale photos and logos, understand image checks, and keep your originals.
Which files can I upload?
The web photo and logo uploaders accept JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP, up to 5 MB per file. Export unsupported formats such as HEIC to an accepted format. Use images you own or have permission to publish, and keep original files somewhere safe.
How many sale photos can I use?
Free accounts allow up to 50 photos per sale. Premium and Premium-trial access allow up to 500. These limits apply to each sale, not your entire photo collection.
What makes a suitable sale photo or logo?
Sale photos should accurately show the actual sale and inventory. Check backgrounds for mail, identity documents, account details, and other private information. Use your company logo in the logo field rather than uploading a promotional card as an inventory photo. Read the Photo Guidelines for content restrictions.
Why does an uploaded photo say it is being checked?
Uploads are checked before accepted images enter the listing. A pending safety check is different from an upload failure. Wait for the result and follow the message shown; do not repeatedly upload the same file while its first attempt is being checked.
What should I do if an upload fails or is rejected?
- File or upload error: check format, size, and connection; follow the displayed retry guidance.
- Still checking: wait for the result rather than adding duplicates.
- Rejected: read the Photo Guidelines and choose an appropriate image. Do not repeatedly upload the same rejected file.
- Temporary verification failure: follow the message if it asks for a new upload.
If a permitted image seems wrongly rejected, contact support with the account email, listing name, error, and a description of the image. Rejected uploads are ordinarily deleted and cannot be recovered for manual inspection. Do not send sensitive or prohibited imagery to support.
How long are sale photos kept?
After a sale ends, photos may remain public for up to 30 days. They are then held for liquidator recovery until 60 days after the sale ends, when they are deleted from active storage. Inactive draft photos may be deleted after 90 days; temporary unfinished uploads ordinarily expire after 48 hours. Exceptions may apply to material that must be preserved. See the full retention explanation. SaleRadar is not a permanent photo archive.
What if my logo fails during company setup?
Follow the upload guidance for the message shown. Once an accepted logo appears, complete the setup or profile-save step on the page. Uploading a logo alone is not confirmation that the company profile was saved.
If a valid logo still fails, contact support with the company name, file type/size, and exact error. Do not create another account to retry the upload.
Troubleshooting
Check uncertain results, report a problem, or get the right kind of support.
How do I report an incorrect, misleading, or unsafe sale?
- Website: open the sale and use Safety & Accuracy > Report This Listing.
- iOS: open Sale Details and choose Report a sale issue.
Choose the closest reason and describe the concern. If you cannot use that action, send support the public sale URL and explanation. Do not include private credentials or sensitive images.
What should I do before retrying a failed action?
Some actions can complete even when confirmation is interrupted. Before repeating one, check the relevant result:
| What you were doing | What to check or use next |
|---|---|
| Saving a sale to your list | Account > Saved sales; in iOS, Saved > Saved. |
| Saving or publishing a listing | Listings; reopen the existing listing to inspect it. |
| Paying for or cancelling Premium | Plans & billing > Refresh Status. |
| Reserving or cancelling a pass | Account > Early Bird passes; in iOS, Saved > Passes. |
| Checking in a party or marking No-Show | Refresh the Toolkit roster and inspect that same party. |
| Reporting a sale in iOS | Use Retry Same Report in the existing report sheet. |
| Blocking or unblocking in iOS | Account > Blocked Liquidators. |
| Deleting an account | The deletion-status instructions or receipt; in iOS, Check Status. |
For a page that simply failed to load, use its retry action. Preserve unsaved text before refreshing a form. If the result remains unclear, contact support rather than creating another account, listing, payment, or request as a workaround.
